7. Fees and Payment
If applicable, subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or order form. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease, and we may delete your data per our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
